·       Spikes  (1/8 pyramid spikes) Spikes will be checked upon entering the facility.

·       Finish Lynx system will be used for the seeded heats of all races

·       Warm-up 1 hour prior to start

Entries due by  Monday, January 4, 2010, this includes Hy-Tech rosters. They can be emailed to rosters@trschools.com . Please put Frosh-Novice Relays as the subject when sending the roster. Unlimited entry in all events (except Pole Vault).

·      Pole Vault limited to 2 teams per school per sex.
