·       2 Pole Vault Runways. Opening Heights – Girl’s 6’ to 7’ to 8’, Boy’s 8’ to 9’ to 10’. 6 inch increments to follow.

·       2 High Jump Pits. Opening Heights Girls 4’4, Boys 5’. 6 inch increments to follow

·       4 Shot Put Circles. Guarantee 1 mark. To get a mark Boy’s Varsity must throw 38’, Novice 30’. Girl’s Varsity must throw 26’ Girl’s Novice 18’

·       1 Long Jump Runway. Guarantee 1 mark. Boys must jump over 16’6 to get another mark.

·       Spikes (1/8 pyramid spikes) Spikes will be checked upon entering the facility.

·       Warm-up 1 hour prior to start

Entries due by December 18, 2009, this includes Hy-Tech rosters. Hy-Tech can be emailed to rosters@trschools.com . Please put FROSTBITE as the subject when rosters are emailed. Unlimited entry in all events (except the Long Jump) SEE BELOW FOR ENTRY FORM.

Shot Put Varsity** 3 throws, FINALS			We will guarantee 1 mark, after that any throw 38’ for boys and 28’ for girls will be marked.
Shot Put Novice** 3 throws, NO FINALS			We will guarantee 1 mark, after that any throw 25’ for boys and 15’ for girls will be marked.
